Meditation is a natural technique with an effect that grows exponentially with continued use. Real meditation is a special state of being deeply immersed in observing or making something. Unexpected and wonderful images and thoughts come about of themselves. Yogis consider that real meditation only occurs spontaneously. But the ground for this has to be prepared; the preconditions for it have to be created by working with controlled simple forms.
We practice psycho-techniques that develop the ability of concentrating ones powers of attention. This makes meditation possible: the state which brings harmony to an organism and enable balance with the natural processes to be attained; this leads to an overcoming of the problem of nervous stress and of such negative feelings as fear, irritation and disappointment.
